Broken, cracked, offset or collapsed pipe - damaged pipes due to shifting soil, frozen ground, settling, etc. are all sewer line problems

Blockage - grease build-up or a foreign object is restricting or prohibiting proper flow and/or cleaning of the line.

Corrosion - the pipe has deteriorated and/or broken, causing collapses in the line and restricting flow.

Bellied pipe - a section of the pipe has sunk due to ground or soil conditions, creating a valley that collects paper and waste.

Leaking joints - the seals between pipes have broken, allowing water to escape into the area surrounding the pipe.

Questions: about sewer line repair or replacement.

Sewer Line Inspections

Root infiltration - tree or shrub roots have invaded the sewer line, preventing normal cleaning and/or have damaged the line.

For people who are connected to the city sewer system, the biggest problems with plumbing occur when tree roots grow into a pipe. In the past, a plumber would snake out the line, eliminating the problem, but not the cause. Now, by using a sewer pipe camera, a homeowner can see what's really going on and if a pipe is cracked and should be replaced.

A sewer pipe camera looks like a snake and functions very similarly. On the tip there is a small infrared camera that transmits a video feed of the interior of the pipe. we can then look at the sewer camera feed and determine what the problem is and the best method of fixing it. Best of all, the camera should indicate exactly where the problem occurs, allowing the plumber to only repair that small part of the pipe.

We have the technology to replace your sewer line by pulling a new waterline into your house using the same hole as your old waterline. We do not have to dig a trench and we will not damage your lawns, gardens, or even driveway by using our own patented "Pipe Genie" pipe bursting equipment.

Our Pipe Genie System is the finest system available to replace your sewer or water lines without digging a trench or disrupting your landscaping, sidewalks or driveway! Water Line Problems? View our Water Line Page

We use our own "Pipe Genie" Trenchless pipe replacement machines to replace your sewer line without having to dig a trench. This means no damages to your lawns, gardens, driveways etc. We dig just 2 holes. The first hole is where we place our machine which will pull the sewer line through. and we then pull the new sewer line that is placed at the second hole.
